Digest
What 3AM did, or would have done, next to what your team did.
The digest is written every night (UTC) and can be viewed any time on Digest for the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
For each service it lists every incident: the alerts, the confirmed cause, what 3AM did or would have done, and, when your team recorded it, what they did, marked agreed or disagreed.
Readiness for L1
A service is shown as ready for L1 when:
- at least 5 proposals have a known human outcome,
- at least 80% of them agreed with what your team did,
- and policy would have refused none of them.
It's advice: raising a service still needs approval.
Telling 3AM what your team did
For the comparison, 3AM needs to know what people did. Integrations post it as a human.action event to
/v1/events (see API):
