Autonomy and the halt switch
What 3AM may do, service by service, and how to stop everything at once.

Raising a service to L1
On Autonomy, select Request L1 next to the service. 3AM sends an approval request to the channels set for autonomy changes. The change happens only when two different people approve (the number is configurable). The readiness column helps you decide: it shows how often 3AM's shadow proposals matched what your team did.
Lowering
Selecting Shadow or Off applies immediately. Making 3AM do less never waits for anyone.
The halt switch
Halt all actions refuses every action on every service at once, for example during a change freeze. Give a reason; it is shown everywhere and recorded. Resume lifts it. Diagnosis continues while halted, so you still see what 3AM finds.
