Approvals page
The record of every approval request and who decided.
People approve in Slack, Symphony, PagerDuty, by phone or by e-mail, not in the console. The Approvals page is the record: pending requests at the top, then every recent request with the channels it reached, the decision, who made it, and a link to the incident.
The number next to Approvals in the menu is how many requests are waiting.
